The Extruded surface achieved through our manufacturing process is real and uniform.

Fin Tubes can improve the thermal performance of a Heat Exchanger without changing in Shell size, Flow Arrangement and Repositioning of tubing. Integral Low Fin Tubes have a very large Heat Transfer ratio thus it is possible to reduce the volume, weight of the Heat Exchangers and finally reduce the cost.

The rolling is done on a special machine and the same can be supplied in straight as well as U bend configuration.

Finned tubes are particularly useful in the case of air heat exchangers. In an air heat exchanger, the heat transfer is to take place between a liquid and gas. With the heat coefficient of the airside being lower, a finned tube can be exceptionally helpful. A finned tube increases the surface area and thus helps in faster heat transfer between the components.

Fin tube heat exchangers are used in household appliances and industrial heat exchangers. Fin tube heat exchangers are used in air conditioners and car radiators. The purpose of using a finned tube in an air conditioner is to cool the air passing through it. In a car radiator, it cools the liquid in the tube with the air passing through in crossflow.

  • Tolerances of Fin Tubes are strictly maintained as per customer requirement and inspection will be carried out as per Quality Plan, The Dimensions are checked by Testing and Measuring Equipment and Profile of the fins are checked on Profile Projector. 100% Fin Tubes are checked for leak test by Pneumatic Pressure
  • Testing / Hydro testing as per specification and requirement.
  • NFT is having an in-house Continuous Conveyor Type Furnace for Stress Relieving of Non-Ferrous material, after finning. Hardness and Microstructures are confirmed and verified after Stress Relieving
  • Fin Tubes can be offered for any Third Party Inspection Agency for inspection as per the customer's requirements.
